What we do

We introduce you to independent roofing contractors. This is not a roofing contractor, no roofing work is carried out here, and the firms introduced are neither employed nor supervised by us.

Your contract is with the roofer

The quote, the contract, the guarantee, the standard of the work and the payment arrangements all sit between you and the firm you appoint. We are not a party to that agreement and we act for neither side.

Firms are checked before they are introduced, but a check is not a warranty of anybody's workmanship. Satisfy yourself about a firm before engaging it, including seeing its insurance and a written quote.

Guide prices

Prices published here are researched guide ranges, intended to help you assess a quote. They are not offers, they are not quotations, and no roofing firm is bound by them. What your roof costs depends on your roof.
